Brad first started with AFX as a vendor manager in 2016 and is now a project manager in the Quality Control department. His prior experience as a vendor manager has provided him with useful insight into the development of AFX’s broad network of abstractors.

Tia has been managing AFX’s Current Owner Search division since 2016. She is responsible for coordinating with local researchers and county offices to collect and verify ownership status for our clients in insurance, lending, banking, and government agencies.

As Senior Researcher, John’s duties are largely focused on providing title updates for the banking industry. He has also been doing research on 1980 Environmental Lien reports for AFX since 2017.

Rhonda is a coordinator and vendor manager for the Environmental Lien search division. She is responsible for coordinating with local researchers and county offices to obtain recorded deeds and relevant transfer of ownership documents for current and past owners.

As quality control specialist, Jennifer reviews and verifies current owner research submissions from AFX’s nationwide field researchers. Under her supervision, current owner searches are delivered with quick turnaround times, while ensuring the accuracy of our reports from the time the owner purchased the property to present day.

Jake leads the development and infrastructure operations at AFX Research LLC, where he has architected the systems that power the company's essential services. As DevOps Lead, he ensures the seamless delivery of solutions that help financial institutions, insurance companies, and government agencies access critical property data. Elva Cantu, Senior Quality Assurance/Reporting Specialist
Elva helped to establish the Quality Control department within AFX in 2013 and has been overseeing its rapid growth ever since. Elva is responsible for reviewing a broad range of search types within the scope of Chain of title and Environmental Lien searches.
Russell Brewer, Senior Researcher
Russell brings decades of title work experience to AFX and handles our research for the insurance industry market. He also conducts research for Environmental Lien reports and Chain of Title reports.
Zach Hornor , Associate National Research Manager
Zach helps manage AFX’s national network of field researchers and abstractors. He assists in the coordination of vendors; tasked with reviewing and providing copies of recorded documents from the 3600+ recording venues across the country.

Emily is a Quality Control Specialist who reviews each title research report—covering ownership searches, deeds, mortgages, judgment liens, and environmental liens—to ensure clarity, accuracy, compliance, and swift delivery.

Jeni has managed AFX’s national network of field researchers and abstractors along with the Chain of Title products since 2015. She has helped AFX become the industry leader in Chain of Title research. Additionally, she plays a critical role in operations innovating and streamlining processes to help ensure the highest quality research with quick results.
Erin Carraway, Senior Researcher
Erin’s area of expertise has long been providing Chain of Title reports, which document the past owners of a subject property. The search types she provides commonly go back to 1940, but she also handles our 50- and 60- year searches.
